Once you delete your account, all your CVs, analytics data, and account information will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

What Will Be Deleted
Account Information
Your name, email, password, profile photo, and all account settings
All CVs
Every CV you've created, including all versions and drafts
Reading Data
Every reading recorded against your CVs — section timings, reading order, view counts, and any name a reader typed into the optional card on one of your documents
Shared Links
Every link you have shared stops working as soon as the deletion is carried out — a recruiter opening an old link sees nothing
Subscription Data
Billing history, payment methods, and subscription details

What We Must Keep (Legal Requirements)
Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we must retain certain records for a limited time:
- Financial Records: Transaction history and invoices (7 years for tax compliance)
- Legal Disputes: Records related to ongoing legal matters until resolved
- Legal Obligations: Anything a court order or a statutory duty requires us to preserve, for as long as that duty lasts
These records are kept in secure, isolated storage and are never used for marketing or product development.
