Prices include VAT. The rate follows where you are — a digital service is taxed in the customer's country — so the total is the same wherever you buy from. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay the price without VAT; enter it at checkout and it comes off.
Every paid plan can be refunded in full within 14 days. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes are prorated and take effect immediately, and your CVs stay downloadable as PDFs whatever plan you end up on.

Professional and above. Starter builds and exports the document. Professional measures the reading of it: which sections held them and for how long, the order they went through the page, what they went back to, where they stopped, and which sections nobody reached at all. Once a CV has been read a few times it also ranks the changes worth making, and lets you compare two versions to see whether an edit worked.
They do, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — an open notification is free on most of them. What none of them can tell you is what happened after the open. A job board sees a file being fetched; this platform drew your CV, so it knows the block someone held for thirty-eight seconds was your current role and not "page one". Document trackers have the same problem in reverse: for a one-page CV, page-level time is just the length of the session under another name.

Yes. The number on the card is the number charged — there is nothing added at the last step. A subscription is a digital service, so VAT is charged where you are rather than where we are: 21% in Spain, your own country’s rate elsewhere in the EU, and no EU VAT at all outside it. Because the price is VAT-inclusive, the total is the same wherever you buy from.
If your business is in the EU outside Spain and has a valid VAT number, yes — enter it at checkout and the VAT comes off under the reverse charge, so you pay the price without it. A Spanish business pays Spanish VAT and reclaims it in the normal way. Your invoice is available in the billing portal either way.
Yes. Every paid plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not working for you, contact us for a full refund.
Yes, and a large one: Starter is €59 a year against €9 a month, and Professional €179 against €29. Flip the toggle above the plans to see yearly prices. All prices include VAT.
Monthly means twelve charges a year. Several builders in this category bill every four weeks, which is thirteen charges dressed up as monthly — we do not do that.
Nothing is ever deleted. If you drop to a plan with fewer CV slots, the CVs you have touched most recently stay editable and the rest become read-only — still readable, still exportable as PDF — and they come straight back when you upgrade.
Why not next month
